The Biblical Calendar |
The Biblical Calendar is not the same as the calendar we are using now. It is defined by the following verse: Psalm 104:19 He appointed the moon for seasons: the sun You may notice the changes I made to the second part of the verse saying: "the sun knoweth his going down." It does not make sense. The English word "knoweth" came from the Hebrew word pronounced "yada" which is also used to mean "declare". The English phrase "going down" came from the Hebrew word pronounced "mabo" which is also used to mean "coming". The feast of Yahuwah, called the "New Moon Day", comes at the first sun rise after the new moon. In other words, the first sun rise immediately after the new moon indicates the feast of the new moon, the first day of the month. Psalm 81:3 Blow up the trumpet in the new moon, in the time appointed, on our solemn feast day. The next day after the New Moon Day is the first day of the first week. The first Sabbath is declared by the sun rise on the 7th day of that first week. That means the first Sabbath falls on the 8th day of the month. The ramaining Sabbaths fall on the 15th, 22nd, and 29th of the month. The Sabbath is the sign between the God of the Bible and His people. Exodus 31:13 Speak thou also unto the children of Israel, saying, Verily my sabbaths ye shall keep: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that ye may know that I am The Christians observe Sunday; 7th Day Adventists, Saturday; and Islam, Friday, all based on the Gregorian calendar. Sunday is the day of the sun, in honor of Sol the Roman god. Saturday is the day of Saturn. Friday is the day of Frigg a Norse god. No one observes the sign between the God of the Bible and His people: John 18:36 It is written in the book of Isaiah: Isaiah 66:23 And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith So, it was written. So, it shall be done. |
