In our previous presentation we examined how the name of the Father in Hebrew was constructed. His name reveals his nature and character. He is the creator and giver of life. How about the name of the Son? The name of our Saviour was constructed in the way similar to the way Leah, the first wife of Jacob, named her fourth son Judah. Originally the name Judah was Yehuda. It is a combination of Yahuwah and Yadah meaning praise. Genesis 29:35 And she conceived again, and bare a son: and she said, Now will I praise As we learned before the name of the Father in Hebrew is The name of the Son of God our Saviour was constructed following this same method.
