Feast Of Unleavened Bread Ends |
|
Today is the 9th Day of April, 2026, according to the Gregorian calendar. According to the ancient Hebrew calendar, today is the 22nd day after the new moon of the first month, a Sabbath. Last week, two thousand years ago, our beloved Saviour ate His last Passover meal with His disciples, then He was arrested. The next day was a Sabbath the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread. The plotters continued with their plan to kill Him at the end of the Feast. That period is shaded in our chart in pink. Matthew 26:4
And consulted that they might take Matthew 26:5 But they said, Not on the feast day, lest there be an uproar among the people. They prosecuted Him with bogus accusations during the week of the feast.
Then on the last day of the feast, they killed Him by nailing Him to the cross. He was burried on the evening of that day, the last day of the Feast of Unleavened bread. The next day (that would be today) is a Sabbath. Matthew 28:1 In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre. The angel told them that He has risen as He said He would. That will be tomorrow, April 10, 2026, according to the Gregorian calendar. The name of the Son of God I am talking about is Yahuswa. The name of the Son of God whose rising from the dead the world commemorated a week ago is Jesus Christ. Looks like the world is talking about a different Son of God. Indeed, the world has been deceived. |
