Align With God's Will |

Last time I talked about the Passover and the Feast of Unleavened Bread. I personally baked my own unleavened bread for a week commemorating the time when Yahuwah freed the slaves from Egypt. Yesterday was the last day of the feast. The Feast of Unleavened Bread reminds us how Yahuwah can protect His people from the most powerful war machine on earth. It reminds us that He can rain bread from the sky and cause quails to rise from the dry desert sands for food. He sent His Son, our Saviour to heal the sick, the paralytic, the leper, make the blind see, and raise the dead back to life. Everything is possible for Yahuwah. He created the universe and everything living and non-living in it. So, what is the problem? The problem is that we say we believe but actually we don't. In fact, we contradict His words and resonate with His enemy, Satan. Matthew 22:37 What are we doing? We worship other gods; bow before lifeless idols; forget His name; and forget His Sabbath. That is not loving Him. Exodus 23:13 And in all that I have said to you, be circumspect and make no mention of the name of other gods, nor let it be heard from your mouth. We name the days, months, planets and galaxies after the gods of the pagans. Worse, we name His Son after god Zeus of the Greeks. John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. He was mocked, tortured and murdered. That is not believing. We say that He died for our sins. What about the prophets that were sent before Him, did they die for our sins too? Matthew 23:37 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not! For thousands of years, we have formed the habit of thinking and doing things against the will of our Creatore who put his image in us, fixed a lifeline from Him to us, and assigned a guardian angel to each of us since we were born. The habit has sunk in too deep into our sub-conscious mind. It has become our nature and character. We need to reverse this programming of death. Let us affirm the presence of God in us by prayer, meditation and fasting. Matthew 17:21 Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting. Amen. |
