You Can Do What I Have Done

God is saying in the Bible that His image and likeness are in us. That should make us gods like Him being able to do what He did and everything He does as said by our Saviour:

John 14:12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.

There is the good news. He says we can do what He did, even greater. Suppose we take a look at what He did that we are also doing presently. Think about what happens when our body is cremated. The carbon, nitrogen, and hydrogen from our cells burns and combines with oxygen to form carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxide, and water vapor into the atmosphere. What is left is the ash composed of oxides of magnesium, potassium, calcium, iron and other metals—dust from the earth. This confirms:

Genesis 2:7 And the LORD Yahuwah God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

Can we do that? We are actually doing it already, except that because of our sins, weak faith and doubt, it takes nine months in the mother's womb and about 18 years after birth to be a full grown man; and also because we are sub-consciously programmed to resist the very power of God that makes us exist.

Our sub-conscious minds have been programmed by this world since our birth, and even in our previous lives. It is almost impossible to reverse that programming, but nothing is too hard for God if we allow His will to happen through us by our faith and belief. Remember the phrase "He that believeth on me" in John 14:12.
