Give Not What Is Holy To The Dogs II |
The first time I red this verse, I thought I understood it completely. I was wrong:
Matthew 23:39
For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed
is he that cometh in the name of the Lord Yahuwah.
The part that block full understanding is the phrase "the Lord." The name of of the Father Yahuwah should be there instead of the phrase "the Lord." Knowing that our beloved Saviour spoke the name of the Father clarifies the real meaning that connects the verses that preceded this verse and his pronouncement that followed. Before He said Matthew 23:39, he said:
Matth 23:37 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!
Our beloved Saviour also said:
Mattthew 23:35 That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar.
Zacharias was an Old Testament prophet sent in the name of Yahuwah. In those times people can identify prophets sent by Yahuwah by His name integrated in their names. Zecharias was called ZecharYahu. Zechar means remember and Yahu is a shortend form of the Father's name Yahuwah. His name means remember Yahuwah. John who baptized Yahuswa and who was also killed had the name of the Father in his name too. He was called Yahuchanan. Chanan means grace so his name means grace of Yahuwah.
John 5:43 I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.
The name of our Father Yahuwah was also in the name of our Saviour, and the Jews in those times knew it because there is another naming tradition that mixes the letters of the name of the Father with one's name. We only have two examples in the Bible. Judah and Yahuswa. Judah who was called Yahudah had his name composed by mixing the letters in "yadah", meaning praise and the letters in Yahuwah. The name Yahudah, the Patriarch of the tribe of Judah, means "praise Yahuwah."
Our Saviour's name was formed by mixing the letters in the name of Yahuwah and the letters in the Hebrew word pronounced "yasha" meaning salvation. So, as we already know our Saviour's name Yahuswa means Yahuwah saves or salvation of Yahuwah. The name of Yahuwah is clearly perceptible in Yahudah and Yahuswa. The dogs and the swine did not like this, so they messed with the holy names and aside from killing all who came in the name of the Father, they mocked, tortured and murdered the Son of God.
Then they introduced another name Jesus which means god Zeus, and lead the god believing world to celebrate his birthday on December 25 (birth of the unconquered sun) and his death which obviously the remembering of the death of Tammuz. Both events have been commemorated centuries before Yahuswa our Saviour was born in Bethlehem, until now, even Jerusalem.
If you believe the Son of God will come again before Jerusalem changes her ways, I don't. Remember:
2 Chronicles 7:14 “if My people who are called by My name
call my name, will
humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways,
then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
So it was written, so it shall be done.
