Reviewing The Biblical Sabbath

I have already explained the way we express our subconscious hatred toward our Creator by contradicting His command against worshiping other gods, idolatry, taking His name in vain, and forgetting His Sabbaths. In this episode, I will clarify that Saturday is not the Sabbath the Bible is talking about.

Let us examine the Sabbath being discussed in the Bible. It is neither Saturday nor Sunday. Saturday is the day of Saturn, and Sunday is the day of the Sun, now called the "the Lord's Day." These days are based on the Gregorian Calendar that was implemented only in 1600 AD. This is not the calendar in the Bible. The first day of the calendar month in the Bible is called the New Moon Day, that is the day immediately after the moon starts to be visible from the earth. Let us examine:

Leviticus 23:6 And on the fifteenth day of the same month is the feast of unleavened bread unto the LORD Yahuwah: seven days ye must eat unleavened bread.

The verse is talking about the calendar month as shown marked "ULB" indicating the days of unleavened bread from the 15th to the 21st.

Leviticus 23:7 In the first day ye shall have an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein.

The verse says that in the first day of the feast which is the 15th, there shall be no servile work done. That means it is a Sabbath. If the 15th is a Sabbath, it follows that the 8th, 22nd, and 29th days are Sabbaths. This cannot be shown using the Gregorian calendar. This is how the Sabbath was forgotten. The ancient calendar called the Lunar calendar was replaced by the Julian calendar in 45 BC, then the Gregorian calendar in 1582, that we have now.

Exodus 31:15 Six days may work be done; but in the seventh is the sabbath of rest, holy to the LORD Yahuwah: whosoever doeth any work in the sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death.

This is why 2 people die every second all over the world.
